  Just sat on hold for 18 minutes to check on a print order, got a rep on the phone who said he would put me on hold and look into it - then hung up. Called back, sat on hold for another 20 minutes... heard someone pick up, and then they hung up on me AGAIN. Unbelievable!!! Save yourself some time and GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.
